You can book either a 60 or 90 minute appointment, during this time I will use a variety of techniques to help you achieve your treatment goal - whether that is relaxation, deeper work on niggles or focusing on resolving an injury. 

During your first session we will carry out a consulation to ensure we are working towards your wellbeing goal. Each follow up session we will have a catch up and review how things are going - input and feedback is always encouraged.
